LETS CLEAR MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

Stella, its apparent that you are angry with us as can be seen from your blog post. But i would really like to clear up some misunderstandings before tuesday's meeting.

I didnt ask you guys to spilt up into cliques. Coming training on different days does not mean you must stop being a united batch [which if you did not notice, we seniors are happy that you guys can be so united]. I gave you guys two options. To come on different training days, or if you want to come on same training days, i'm fine with that. Just make sure that at least 3 or 4 of you are training at a given time.

And i'm sure you would have noticed the exaggeration of the situation in your blog post. When did we ever say any of such things like you're taking up too much space? You are putting words into our mouth. I'm not trying to make the situation worse, but it is really not respectful and rude. You may not think we are worth respecting, but everyone deserves some respect from others.

I really hope that you come to understand the situation from the senior's point of view and realise that we are doing all these things which you clearly are pissed about for a reason. And your first para is very obvious as to who you are referring too.

Take it like this, she asks people to tuck in their shirts, she has. But they dont listen to her all the time. Does that mean you have to disobey her as well? No, you dont have too. You can set an example and tuck in your shirt. We aren't picking on you stella, so don't think that we are that biased.

Once again, dont take it that im picking on you or embarressing you using this blog post. I'm clearing some misunderstandings that were in your blog because it wasnt fair to some seniors. Okay? Thanks. If you feel that i'm maligning you or anything of that sort, you can msg me to tell me. (:
